Our clients want to know:

• What it's really like to be one of their customers





• How their customers are really treated when no-one is watching





• What their customers really think about their products and their service

So we need real customers, just like you, to help us find out!

Retail stores, restaurants, fast food outlets and lots of other companies need to make sure that their customer service is up to standard. As a shadow shopper you visit these companies to check on the service and report back. We pay you to do it - so you get paid to eat out, to watch films and to buy clothes!

When shopping assignments come up in your area we email you. You choose the assignments you want to do and the times and places you want to work. Not only will you get paid for shopping assignments, usually you get to eat for free or to keep the merchandise.

After the shopping assignment you report on your experience by filling out a questionnaire. You need access to the Internet as Shadow Shopper reports are all on line. They are designed to be quick and easy to fill out - and that's all there is to it!

Shadow Shopper Training

Shadow Shopper will train you how to be a mystery shopper. Our Certificate Course is on line and you can go through it at any time that suits you. And its completely free. There is no charge to take the Certification Course or to sit the Certification Test.

When you are ready then you can take the Certification Test. When you pass we email you when jobs come up in your area. You login, accept the jobs that appeal to you - and start shopping!

As a Certified Shadow Shopper you get many benefits - all free! You have access to information about how the mystery shopping business works, how to be a better shopper and how to increase your chances of getting jobs.

We also give you access to a Directory of mystery shopping providers in Australia. This will take you to the secure applicant area where you register with GetPaidtoShop. You can then access the Shadow Shopper Certificate Course and sit the Certification Test. The Course can be done at your own pace, whenever it suits you. You can sit the Certification Test as soon as you are ready.

When you pass you are automatically registered as a Shadow Shopper and are eligible for assignments. We also make it easy for our certified shoppers to increase their chances of getting jobs by providing links to many other mystery shopping companies so that you can register with them as well.
